New Delhi: The Supreme Court has agreed to list a Special Leave Petition preferred on June 27, 2022, by Latif Magrey, father of Amir Magrey who was killed Hyderpora Encounter in Srinagar. According to liveLaw assailing order passed by Jammu and Kashmir High Court of staying the exhumation of his son’s body.
