Govt Appoints Bhardwaj As Director On Board Of Directors J&K Bank

Srinagar, May 17: Government on Tuesday appointed Vivek Bhardwaj (IAS), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Finance Department as Director on the Board of Directors of J&K Bank Ltd.

“In exercise of powers vested under Article 69(1) of the Articles of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited, Vivek Bhardwaj, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Finance Department is hereby nominated as Director on the Board of Directors of J&K Bank Limited in place of Mr. Atal Dulloo, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary,”  the government said in an order.
