Jammu, May 1:A 33-year-old policeman died of bullet injury in Jammu district late last night, officials said on Sunday.

A police officer said that constable Pankaj Bahaal of Pascal village in Bishnah Arnia died either of suicide or due to accidental fire.

“Investigation is underway in this matter and inquest proceedings under section 174 of the CrPC have been initiated,” the officer added.
