DTI Traffic Kulgam Asks Vehicle Owners To Fix HSRP To Avoid Hefty Fine, Seizure Of Vehicle

Kulagam, Mar 29: DTI Traffic Kulgam Qazigund, Bilal Ahmad Bhat, on Tuesday appealed all vehicle owners of the district to fix High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) at ARTO office Kulgam. He said those who fail to fix the HSRP will be fined Rs 2000 on the first instance and on the second attempt his or her vehicle shall be seized.
He said that owners should fix the HSRP within a weeks’ time period. “All vehicles whether private ones, load carrier, auto-rickshaws or bikes etc, all have to fix the HSRP,” he said and urged the people to get them fixed at ARTO Kulgam forthwith.
