Arms, Ammunition recovered at Danamazar Srinagar

Srinagar: Police on Tuesday claimed to have recovered arms and ammunition from Srinagar city’s Danamazar area.

According to police officials the recovery was a joint operation by Special Operations Group Shopian and Safakadal Police.

The recovered arms and ammunition includes 3 Pistols, 6 Magzines, 30 Pistol Round, and 4 Hand Grenades. Officials told INS that the recovered material, according to officials was handed over to SOG Shopain.

“Recovery was made near Dispensary Danamazar,” sources claimed.
