TCU Jammu/Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic,” a traffic department official said, revising its advisory just a few hours after announcing that the highway shall remain closed on Tuesday (March).

Meanwhile sources said that road at Samroli landslide site made through for traffic late in the evening and stranded passenger were allowed.
