Srinagar, Nov 23: Former Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday said that she was not being allowed to move outside her Fairview Gupkar residence here to visit families of civilians killed in controversial Hyderpora ‘encounter’ earlier this month.
