Jammu and Kashmir Reports 181 Fresh Covid-19 Cases, No Death

Srinagar, Nov 13: Jammu and Kashmir reported 181 fresh covid-19 cases while there was no death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Saturday.

Among the fresh cases, 26 were reported from Jammu Division and 155 from Kashmir, taking the overall tally to 334006.

There was no death due to the virus during the last 24 hours, they said. So far 4448—2178 in Jammu and 2270 in Kashmir—have died due to the pathogen, they said.

Giving district wise details of the fresh cases, the officials said that Srinagar reported 44 cases, Baramulla 43, Budgam 23, Pulwama 2, Kupwara 17, Anantnag 6, Bandipora 6, Ganderbal 11, Kulgam 3, Shopian 0, Jammu 16, Udhampur 3, Rajouri 0, Doda 3, Kathua 0, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 1, Ramban 0 and Reasi 2.

A number of these cases were confirmed at CD hospital’s diagnostic laboratory and include male (25) (NA) from Nishat, male (62) (NA) from Sanatnagar, female (38) (NA) from Rainawari, male (61) (NA) from Pattan, male (55) (NA) from Elahibagh,  female (60) (NA) from Ompora budgam, male (37) (NA) from Barzuhama sgr, male (12) (NA) from Kanitar sadribal, male (20) (NA) from Hyderpora, male (35) (NA) from Anantnag, female (24) (NA) from Sgr, female (32) (NA) from Lalbazar, male (60) (NA) from Sgr, female (22) (NA) from Eidgah, female (16) (NA) from Indranagar and female (13) (NA) from Indranagar.

Moreover, 95 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 15 from Jammu Division and 80 from Kashmir, they said.

So far 328108 patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 1450—202 in Jammu and 1248 in Kashmir.

They said there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today. So far 49 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said.

The government also informed that 77,138 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered during the time in J&K.
