Jammu: Team of Reasi Police arrested two kidnapping and Rape accused after 19 years of commission of crime.

Accused Abdul Rashid and Makhna S/O Miyan Khariyan R/O Bernaili Thilloo Tehsil Mahore Reasi absconding in Case FIR no 136/2002 U/S 366, 376, 343 RPC of Police Station Mahore, after the Commission of heinous crime of kidnapping a woman and repeatedly raping her in custody in the year 2002.

 

Accused persons evaded arrest by disguising and changing locations and couldn’t be apprehended since registration of Case FIR against them.

 

During investigations case was proved & chargesheet produced against them in court of law in the year 2003.

Hon’ble Court of Additional Sessions Judge Reasi issued a General Warrant of Arrest against them on 10/09/2004.

 

By meticulously planning & coordinated efforts, Reasi Police chased the accuseds till their arrest and produce them in court of law for Judicial determination.

 

Reasi Police under the command of Sh Shailender Singh Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi has geared up his whole police team & has resolved to leave no stone unturned to put hard core & long absconding criminals to justice by arresting & producing them before respective Hon’ble courts for judicial determination of their cases, trial under laid down procedure of the law of the land.

Under the banner *”F’RARI KI GRIFTARI”* Reasi Police already crossed a milestone of arresting 100 absconding criminals in last 6 months since Mr Singh took over the reins of district police Reasi.
