Poonch, Oct 26: Mughal road, connecting Shopian and Poonch-Rajouri districts, re-opened after remaining closed for three days amid fresh snowfall and heavy rains, officials said on Tuesday.

AEE Mechanical, Mughal Road, in Surankote Sub Division Tahir Khan said snow Clearance has been completed.

Subsequently, DTI Mughal Road Mohammad Qasam said that traffic was allowed to move.

The traffic movement on the thoroughfare was shut in view of snow accumulation at few places and heavy rains for three days with apprehension of landslides or shooting stone en route.
