127 Fresh Covid-19 Cases, 1 Death Reported In J&K

Srinagar, Sept 26: Jammu and Kashmir reported 127 new covid-19 cases while one person succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Sunday.
23 of the cases were reported from Jammu Division and 104 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total case count to 329008. There was one death due to the virus, from Kashmir division, during the time, taking fatality count to 4422—2173 in Jammu and 2249 in Kashmir.
Giving district-wise details, they said, Srinagar reported 56 cases, Baramulla 13, Budgam 8, Pulwama 12, Kupwara 0, Anantnag 4, Bandipora 4, Ganderbal 7, Kulgam 0, Shopian 0, Jammu 6, Udhampur 1, Rajouri 4, Doda 6, Kathua 3, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 1 and Reasi 1.
Moreover, they said that 175 more patients have recovered—39 from Jammu Division and 136 from Kashmir. So far 323072 patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 1514—240 in Jammu and 1274 in Kashmir.
Meanwhile, there was no fresh confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today, they said. So far 46 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials added.
