KU’s Special Convocation: Shazia Riyaz Receives Gold Medal

Srinagar: Shazia Riyaz daughter of Riyaz Ahmad has received gold medal for first position in Kamile-e-Tib-Wa-Jarahat (bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) in program/course held in November –December 2018.

She received the gold medal at a Special Convocation of the University of Kashmir earlier this week.

Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, who is also the Chancellor of the University, congratulated the Gold Medalists and those graduating from the University of Kashmir. “It was wonderful being amongst very talented young minds, who are determined to take the J&K towards new horizons,” Lt Governor had said.
