JKPL-1: Ali Jana Cricket Club To Play Birch Blasters Burzhama In Final

Srinagar: Ali Jana Cricket Club on Friday qualified for Finals of JKPL-1 being played at Green Valley Educational Institute.
The second semi final was played between Ali Jana CC and SSCC Bemina. Ali Jana CC won the toss and elected to bat first. Ali Jana CC managed to post a total of 187 runs. Aqib Mir(43 of 38 balls) and Wahid Teli (36 of 26 balls) were the top run scorers for their team. For SSCC Bemina Abrar and Gowhar and Owais Shah took 2 wickets.
In reply SSCC BEMINA were bundled out on 107 runs only. Junaid (38 of 34 balls) and Fazil (25 of 25 balls) were the highest run scorers for the team. Nadeem Dar bowled brilliantly and took 3 wickets. Nadeem Dar for his outstanding all-round performance was awarded as Man of the Match. Ali Jana Birch will meet Blasters Burzhama in the maiden final.
