Kulgam: An unidentified male body was found inside a Pond near railway track in Shamsipora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday, officials said here.

 

An official said that some locals spotted the body inside a water filled pond in Shamsipoea and they immediately informed the police about it.

 

He said that the police team reached to the site and recovered the body.

The official said that proceedings under 174 CrPc have been initiated and further investigations has also been taken up to ascertain the actual cause of death.
