Srinagar, July 27: Government on Tuesday ordered that Bipul Pathak, IAS (AGMUT:1992), Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary/, Transport Department during the period Hirdesh Kumar, IAS, (AGMUT:1999), Chief Electoral Officer, J&K/Commissioner/Secretarv to the Government, Transport Department, remains on Training at Lai Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.
