Shopian: A Police constable was injured after his service rifle went off accidentally in Keller area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police constable has been identified as Sajad Ahmad Malla. He received bullet injury on his foot.
Police party was on way to practice fire when incident happened .
Malla is undergoing treatment at district hospital Shopian and his condition is stable, reports said.
