CS administers oath of office to member J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority

SRINAGAR, JUNE 17: The Chief Secretary, Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta today administered the oath of office to Kishore Chandra Naik as member of the J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority (JK WRRA).
Kishore Chandra Naik is former Chairman, Central Ground Water Board. The Chief Secretary expressed hope that his expertise will further strengthen the functioning of the J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority.
Earlier in the week, A. Paramesham also took oath of office as member of the J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority. Previously, A. Paramesham has served various water management bodies in various capacities including Krishna River Management Board, Ganga Flood Control Commission, Central Water Commission and Ministry of Water Resources.
