38-year-old man among 8 more die of covid-19, toll 4059 in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, June 6: A 38-year-old man was among eight more covid-19 deaths reported in Jammu and Kashmir since last evening till this afternoon, taking the fatality count to 4059, officials said on sunday.
Five of those who succumbed to the virus were from Kashmir and three from Jammu, they said.
Among others the victims include an 80-year-old man from Litter Pulwama who died a day after she was admitted there, they said.
A 38-year-old man from Kanipora Srinagar died at SKIMS Soura, three days after he was admitted there, the officials said.
A 48-year-old woman from Eidgah Srinagar died at, a week after she was admitted to SMHS hospital, they said.
An 80-year-old woman from Bijhbehara Anantnag died three days she was admitted to the same facility, they said.
A 71-year-old woman from Kawdara Srinagar died at CD Hospital Dalgate here, three weeks after she was admitted there.
The victims from Jammu include B.C Road Jammu, woman from R S Pora Jammu, bothe died at GMC Jammu, besides a 65-year-old woman from Kurliyan Kalaote Rajouri who died at GMC Rajouri.
