Ramban: Rescue operation continued for second straight day to trace the occupants of a  vehicle that plunged into Chenab.

The accident happened on Wednesday.

The searches were coducted by Indian army assisted by Jammu and Kashmir police, SDRF, civil volunteers and administration.

“Six persons are missing after a vehicle they were travelling in fell into river Chenab near Duggi Pulli,” reports said, adding that one person has lost his life while two others have sustainaned injuries.

“So far there has been no trace of the missing persons,” officials said.
