JAMMU, MAY 08: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan expressed shock over the sad demise of  senior KAS officer, Shamim Ahmad Wani, who passed away today morning at Government Medical College & Hospital, Jammu. He was being treated for COVID-19, here.
