New Delhi: Oxygen crisis continues to wreak havoc in India, at least twenty patients admitted in a hospital died at its capital Delhi on Saturday.
The patients were critically ill and admitted at Jaipur Golden Hospital in Delhi.
Reports quoting medical director, Dr D K Balika, said that the oxygen pressure has dipped and they were running out of stock.
Reports said that the hospital has over 200 patients and they had only half-an-hour of oxygen was left at 10:45 am.
Hospital authorities were quoted as saying they have over 200 patients and 80 per cent of them are on oxygen support.
