HC quashes 9 PSA detention orders

Srinagar, Feb 26: Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed detention orders against eight detainees and ordered their release if not required in any other case. Separate benches of Justices Sanjay Dhar and Vinod Chatterji Koul quashed detention orders passed by respective deputy commissioners against Parvaiz Ahmad Khoja of Kralpora Kupwara , Rameez Ahmad Dar of Rajpora Pulwama, Omer Akbar Mir of Mir Mohalla Brath Kallan Sopore, Yasir Mukhtar Alie of Alyalpora Shopian, Naaz Mohammad Allaie of Wathoora Chadoora Budgam, Faizan Latief Parra of Pal Mohalla Dangerpora Sopore, Asif Ashraf Malik of Shopian and Tawseef Mohammad Najar   of Brath Kallan, Sopore.
