R R Swain, A K Choudhary Promoted To DGP Grade

Srinagar, Feb 19: Government on Friday promoted two IPS officers of J&K cadre to DGP rank with effect from January 1 this year. According to an order issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of J&K and Ladakh, the 1991-batch IPS officers, R R Swain and A K Choudhary were promoted to the DGP grade with the approval of the Competent Authority.
