Jammu-Srinagar Highway to remain closed tomorrow

Srinagar, Feb 18: There shall be no traffic on Jammu-Srinagar, the only surface link connecting Kashmir Valley with the outside world, on Friday.
A traffic department official said that the Friday has been declared as dry day for maintenance and repairing of the thoroughfare.
Meanwhile, Mughal road, connecting Shopian and Poonch districts, remained closed due to the snow accumulation. Srinagar-Leh highway was officially closed on the orders by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir on December 30.
