Srinagar, Jan 13: The authorities have sought certificate from DDOs and HODs, stating therein that none of the teaching faculty member under their control is involved in Private tuition or is running private academies in the district Bandipora or elsewhere.
“ In view of the directions conveyed by Director School Education Kashmir all the Teaching personals (Lecturers / Masters / Teachers) are put under strict Instructions that they shall not indulge in Private tuition falling which action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against them,” reads the circular by Chief education officer Bandipora.
“In backdrop of the above all the DDOs / HODs are directed to submit a certificate in this behalf that none of the teaching faculty member under their control is involved in Private tuitioning or is running private academies in the district or elsewhere,” it said.
The monitoring committees already constituted for the purpose of monitoring Private Coaching Centres are directed to report if any Lecturer / Master / Teacher is found indulging in private tuition in these Coaching Centres
