Srinagar, Jan 5: Three travelers were among 137 new covid-19 cases while six more people succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Tuesday.
Among the fresh cases, they said, 71 cases were from Jammu Division while 66 from Kashmir Valley.
Giving district-wise details, they said, Srinagar reported 22 cases, Baramulla 5, Budgam 1, Kupwara 2, Pulwama 18, Anantnag 5, Bandipora 2, Ganderbal 11, Kulgam 0, Shopian 0, Jammu 49, Udhampur 7, Rajouri 0, Doda 4, Kathua 5, Kishtwar 2, Samba 2, Poonch 0, Ramban 2 and Reasi 0.
Moreover, they said, 215 more Covid-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 105 from Jammu Division and 110 from Kashmir Valley.
