Justice Pankaj Mithal To Take Oath As CJ On Monday

Srinagar: Justice Pankaj Mithal is being administered oath as Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court by Lieutenant Governor of J&K, Manoj Sinha, at Jammu at 11.30 am, officials said. Justice Mithal graduated in Commerce from Allahabad University in the year 1982 and passed L.L.B. from Meerut College, Meerut affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University in the year 1985. He enrolled as an advocate in Bar Council of U.P. in the Year 1985. Elevated as Additional Judge on 07/07/2006. Took oath as permanent Judge on Jul 02, 2008.
