Banihal, Dec 21: The 270-Km long Jammu-Srinagar Highway was closed for traffic due to fresh landslides near Makarkoot area of Ramban district on Monday. Officials said that the road clearance operation is going on in full swing. They said that the thoroughfare, the only road link connecting Kashmir Valley with the outside would, shall be opened very soon.
