Srinagar, Nov 1: Director General of Police Dr Dilbagh Singh on Sunday claimed that Chief Commander of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Dr Saifullah, killed in gunfight with joint team of Police and CRPF at Rangreth, was involved in the killing of three BJP militants earlier this week.
“Congratulations. Chief HM commander Saifullah who took over after Riyaz Naikoo’s killing is eliminated in police operation in Srinagar city on a hard intelligence generated by police,” the top police officer of J&K said.
“He was the person behind the killing of three BJP workers two days back. A very big success,” he added.
