Srinagar, Oct 20: One more militant was killed encounter with government forces in Hakripora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday. Three militants have been killed, official sources said. They however said that the identity and the group affiliation of the slain militants were yet to be ascertained.
Earlier a joint team of Police and army’s 50RR launched a cordon and search operation in the area amid information about the presence of the militants.
As the joint team of forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off the gunfight.
