Covid-19: 20 villages, 7 areas in Kashmir declared red zones

Srinagar: Amid spike in the COVID cases and deaths, the district administration Srinagar on Sunday decided to re-impose lockdown in the district from Monday.
“In view of major spike in Covid, w’ll have to carve out containment zones for effective restrictions in different areas of Srinagar. Local cooperation is solicited in best interest of public health. Notified,” Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid iqbal Choudhary said.
