Srinagar, July 4: One unidentified militant was killed in a gunfight with a joint team of police, army and CRPF in Arrah area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday, officials said. “So far one unidentified militant has been killed. The operation is going on. Further details shall follow,” police said.  Sources said that the gunfight ensued after the joint team was fired upon by militants while they were strengthened a cordon-and-search operation in the area.
