A single bench of Justice Sindhu Sharma granted three weeks’ time on seeking of the same by Senior Additional Advocate General B A Dar.
“Detention record be also kept available on the next date of hearing before the Bench,” the court said and posted the plea for further consideration on May 20.
The court on last date of hearing had sought report regarding its orders to the administration to consider Sagar’s release on “health grounds”.
