Principal District and Sessions Judge nominates Nodal Officers for redressal of complaints in Anantnag

Anantnan: Comply with the directions of High Court of J&K (UT) and Supreme Court of India, Principal District and Sessions Judge Anantnag Parvaiz Hassan Kachroo today nominated Mr Fayaz Ahmad Qureshi Munsiff/JMIC and Tajhar Bashir System Officer e-Court District Court, Anantnag, as Nodal Officers for receipt and redressal of complaints regarding Video Conferencing related issues within the territorial Jurisdiction of District Anantnag.
Furthermore, Senior Advocate, Fayaz Ahmad Sodagar has been nominated as amicus curie for District Anantnag who shall work in the cases where the litigants are not in a position to approach the Court even through Video Conferencing till the time Lockdown continues.
In this regard Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Qureshi Munsiff/JMIC may be contacted on mobile no. 7006596329 and Tajhar Bashir on 9419025899 .Furthermore, Senior Advocate , Fayaz Ahmad Sodagar is available on mobile no: 8825020721.
However it has been desired that all presiding officers as well as officials of the courts of Anantnag shall extend their due support and cooperation for aforementioned purpose.
