Basharat Rashid
Pulwama: Additional deputy commissioner (ADC) Tral distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits among the municipal committee workers and supervisors in Tral area of South Kashmir.
An official said that these workers have been working tirelessly since the COVID-19 outbreak.
He said that the main motive to provide them with kits was to give full protection to them as they are working on the frontline to serve the people in this need of the hour.
ADC Tral SA Raina hailed the performance of the workers and said that they have been doing a very good job to fight the pandemic (COVID-19) by making the people aware and by keeping the Tral subdivision clean.
“With the help of PPEs, the workers may be able to work safely from the frontline to serve and secure the people here against the COVID-19,” Raina said.
On that occasion, Executive Officer Municipal Committee Tral (MCT) Manzoor Ahmad & Secretary MC Tral Nazir Ahmad were also present.
