Srinagar: The number of Covid-19 patients rose to 139 in Jammu and Kashmir, with fourteen fresh cases on Wednesday, official sources said.
“14 new cases today; 11 in Kashmir, 3 in Jammu. 139 cases in all now; 130 active cases; 27 in Jammu Division, 103 in Kashmir. Good News too: 2 patients discharged from SKIMS,” Rohit Kansal, government spokesman, said in a tweet.
Of these new cases, 11 are from Kashmir Valley and 3 from Jammu, officials said.
With these fresh cases, the number of Covid-19 patients in J&K have gone up 139. Among them 132 are active cases—103 in Kashmir and 27 In Jammu. While six patients in J&K—three in Kashmir and 3 in Jammu—have been discharged, three patients, all from Valley, have died of the disease.
