3 IAS officers attached to H&ME for assisting in Coronavirus mitigation efforts in J&K

Srinagar, Mar 23: Government on Monday attached Simrandeep Singh (IAS), Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, and two other IAS officers to Health and Medical Education Department to assist in coronavirus mitigation efforts in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to order issued here and announced by the J&K’s information department, Simrandeep, who is also under orders to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil, Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Ms Yasha Mudgal (MD,DISCOM, Jammu)and Mohammad Aijaz Asad (MD,DISCOM, Kashmir)are attached to HME department in addition to their existing duties to assist in CoronaVirus mitigation efforts. They have been asked to perform duties assigned to them by Financial Commissioner H&M.
