Gurez:  A woman from Gurez area of Bandipora district breathed her last in Srinagar’s SMHS hospital of fatal wounds she had received during cross LOC firing in Bagtore area.

The deceased woman was identified as Rahimi wife of Abdul Ahad Bhat, resident of Dasi Bagtore.

India and Pakistan armies along the LOC in Gurez traded fire following unsuccessful infiltration bid in in Bagtore area.

Two militants have been reportedly killed.
