Tricolour, J&K flags fly at half-mast as mark of respect to Karunanidhi

Srinagar: As a mark of respect to Dr. M. Karunanidhi, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, who passed away on yesterday, the National and the State Flags shall fly at half mast on Wednesday on all the buildings and places of State Capitals (Jammu and Srinagar) where these are flown regularly, an official order reads.
