JKMEF hunger strike continues for second straight day

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Medical Employees Federation members’ hunger strike continues for second consecutive day on Tuesday.

They have launched the strike to to press government to accept their demands.

They said that the regularisation of academic arrangement SRO 384/409 paramedic, Nursing staff of GMC and dental college Jammu and Srinagar working for last nine years under clear vacancies and with proper selection procedures and criteria and should be considered for the regularization under the J&K special services provision act.
