Anantnag: Bijbehara farmer found dead in Wopzan orchards

Anantnag: A male body has been recovered from Wopzan orchards in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district on Tuesday.

According to initial reports the deceased has been identified as Nazir Ahmad Bhat S/O Late Gh Qadir Bhat R/O Wopzan Herpora.

Reports said that Bhat was a farmer by profession.

Claims are being made that the body of the deceased bears marks similar to bullet injuries.

Official statement in this regard is awaited.
