Srinagar: The Government on Wednesday ordered transfers and postings of four officers with immediate effect even as it assigned additional charge of separate posts to an IAS and a KAS officer.
According to a government order issued here, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, (IAS), Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, has been asked to hold the charge of Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
According to separate order, Gazanffer Ali (KAS0, Special Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.
Mohammad Akbar Wani (KAS) Special Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority, against an available vacancy.
Om Prakash Bhagat (KAS) Director, Tourism, Jammu, is has been transferred and posted as Director, Geology and Mining, J&K, vice Mr. Farooq Ahmad Khan, who shall report to the Industries and Commerce Department for further posting.
Deepika Kumari Sharma (KAS) Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu, has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Tourism, Jammu, till further orders.
Malik Suhail Ahmed, Deputy Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department.
