Anantnag: Two women passengers died while at least 8 others have been injured after a vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident near Shoul area of Batengoo in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

According to sources a Mini bus bearing registration number JK03 5707, was travelling from Shamsipora to Anantnag when it skidded off the main road resulting into death of two women passengers.

The Locals rushed to the spot and helped the injured passengers.

The injured, locals said, have been shifted to medical facility.

Police party has rushed to the spot to ascertain the details of the incident.
