Injured SHO succumbs, Anantnag Attack toll rises to 7

Srinagar: Station House Officer (SHO) Arshid Ahmad Khan who was injured in an attack on June 13 succumbed to injuries at AIIMS New Delhi on Sunday.
Arshid was airlifted to AIIMS hospital from SKIMS Soura here early morning. The SHO was admitted in the Valley’s only tertiary care hospital after being shifted from army’s 92 base hospital at Badamibagh here where he was admitted on June 13, the day when a fidayeen killed 5 CRPF personnel before being neutralized near KP road in Anantnag on June 13.
