Srinagar,: A -two day workshop on the occasion of observance of World Environment Week concluded at University of Kashmir (KU) here on Wednesday.

 The workshop was organised by the Department of Environmental Science in collaboration with Centre of Research for Development (CORD), KU.

 The theme of the workshop was ‘Beat Air Pollution and Recent Advances In Environmental Science’.

 During the two day workshop three technical sessions were held which were attended by students, scholars and faculty members.

Acting Vice Chancellor KU Prof Neelofar Khan inaugurated the photo poster presentation in which posters made by participants pertaining to the theme were displayed.
