Srinagar: The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Sunday expressed concern at the developments taking place regarding the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
A spokesperson of the KCC&I stated that the adverse publicity of the premier financial institution of the State does not augur well for its overall image and credibility. “The Bank holds a very critical position in the fiscal well-being of our business community and image is of prime importance for its stakeholders,” the spokesman said.
The KCC&I trusts that all required measures towards reassuring stakeholders that the functioning of the Bank will not be affected by the recent developments and public confidence and faith in the functioning of the institution shall be well fortified under the experienced management of the Bank.
