Anantnag: Gunshots were heard amid cordon and search operation being conducted in Kachwan Larnoo woods of Kokernag in Anantnag district on Tuesday.

Sources said that gunshots were heard but did not confirm any contact with militants.

They said that 19RR of Army , Anantnag police and SOG launched search operation during wee hours of today and it continues.
