Kupwara:  A 20 year old girl was injured  after she was attacked by a wild bear at Malikpora Handwara woods in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday afternoon. 
Reports said that the girl, identified as Jabeena Bano Daughter of Mam-Din-Sahabangi, was attacked by wild bear in the woods as she was out their along with cattle.
As per locals, the injured girl was evacuated to nearby health centre where from she was referred to district hospital Handwara for advanced treatment.
