Srinagar: Weatherman on Friday forecast rains for 24-hours from this evening at “most parts” of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Rains are expected from this evening to tomorrow evening at most parts of Jammu, Kashmir and at a few places in Kargil district,” Director Meteorological Department Sonam Lotus said.
Earlier, an official of the MeT office said that there would be cloudy sky for 36 hours and there was possibility of “light rains and thunder” in plains and light snowfall on upper reaches of the Valley during the time.
