PSO of chairman MC Anantnag fired upon, shifted to Srinagar in critical conditions

Anantnag: Suspected militants on Friday fired upon PSO of  chairman municipal committee Anantnag Hilal Shah at Dangerpora area of Anantnag district.

The PSO has been identified as Arshid Ahmad and has been referred to Srinagar in critical conditions.

Police sources said that he has received bullet injury in waist.

Shah is a member of Congress.
